I don’t think you guys still fully understand my gratitude from that night: I honestly wasn’t expecting any gifts or any cards or whatsoever, I was already somewhat paiseh when I found out I was the only person not from your class there, like an uninvited crasher of the party, or perhaps invited but out of courtesy or politeness or necessity. I wasn’t the most comfortable person in the stunningly beautiful large house, and throw in slight awkwardness that maybe I created for myself, I don’t think I was fully myself during that time. The boys definitely helped ease my nerves though, and the familiar sight of the jovial faces of the rest of you girls is truly a wonderful long-lasting memory. I don’t think you guys would ever be able to understand and appreciate my gratitude, but I do think I’ve done my best to express it.
